Verification Of Competency
Fees:
Start from $200 per person (+ travel if applicable). Duration is from 2.5 hours +
What is it?
A 'Verification of Competency' (VOC) Certificate can be issued by DAT Training to show that a person has demonstrated adequate knowledge, skill and operation of various plant or machinery such as operate a boom lift .
This is certificate is usually kept by both employer and employee to prove the individual has a recent record of competency operating machinery.
We offer VOC certificates based on the following courses:
-EWP Yellow Card (Scissor Lifts, Boom lifts up to 11m, Trailer lifts and Vertical Lifts)
-Telescopic Handler Gold Card (Fork, Bucket, Jib, Rotator attachments)
-HR Over 11m Boom
-HR Forklift
-Work Safely At Heights
If there is specific machinery you are required to use, we can include this in training. Alternatively, we can come to your site and assess/issue VOC certificate.
Where a High Risk Work (HRW) licence is required to operate particular plant/machinery, the person requesting the VOC must hold that licence or qualification.
The table below lists what VOC we can conduct and what licence, if any, is required as a pre-requisite.
