COURSE FEE: Operate Personnel & Materials Hoist - Class HP
Duration is 2 days. $850 per person PLUS successful participants must also pay $84 direct to SafeWork NSW at any Service NSW office for 5 year licence fee.
For Class HM - Operate a Materilas Hoist, Duration is just 1 day and fee is $605.
All other requirements are the same as for HP
What is it?
CPCCLHS3002: High Risk Work - Class HP Licence issued by SafeWork NSW
This Class HP course mandatory for any person who wishes to operate a Personnel & Materials Hoist. CPCCLHS3001: Class HM is required for just material hoists.
It provides participants with a licence issued by SafeWork NSW.
Course Outline: (Class sizes of up to 10 participants)
To satisfy course requirements, participants are expected to complete written and practical assessment activities.
Course Pre-requisites:
Participants must be able to speak and understand English. The use of interpreters is not allowed, however, assistance with reading or writing English is allowed.
Please let us know beforehand.
Participants must be over 18 years of age and be residents of NSW.
They must also have a Unique Student Indentifier (USI)
Course Duration:
Days as listed above from 7am to 3pm eacxh day.
Course Outcome:
After the course, successful applicants must pay $84 directly to SafeWork NSW at any Service NSW office to get their photo licence.
Note: Participants who do not pass the final assessment can return to be re-assessed.
However, they must wait 48 hours to elapse before they are eligible for re-assessment.
Re-assessment fees usually apply.
Other Information:
Pre-course study materials and other information may be sent to trainees upon registration for the course. If so, they must familiarise themselves with these documents prior to the course. They will also need to bring them to the training.
Trainees need to have a service NSW account. More information is provided in the pre- course materials and also at the course. Many will already have such an account.
